2.  Personal Data We Collect
Candidates: Name, email address, phone number, resume/CV, career history, education, and any additional details submitted via application forms or email.
Clients & Visitors: Name, business email, company name, phone number, and information provided when booking a call or submitting an inquiry.

3.  Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing
Candidate Applications: Data is processed solely for evaluation, candidate assessment, and matching with prospective employers based on your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Business Operations: Client data is processed to provide HR consulting services, manage calls, and fulfill contractual obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

4.  Data Retention
Candidate CVs and personal profile data are retained for 24 months from the date of submission or until consent is withdrawn, after which they are permanently deleted.
Client records are retained in compliance with statutory business and accounting requirements.

5.  Data Sharing & Third-Party Services
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We rely on GDPR-compliant third-party providers to operate our business efficiently. Candidate data is shared with hiring clients only after obtaining the candidate's consent.

6.  Cookies
This website uses strictly necessary technical cookies provided by Squarespace to ensure proper website functionality. We do not use tracking, analytical, or advertising cookies.

7.  Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, request erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restrict processing, request data portability, and withdraw your consent at any time by emailing office@visio-n-hr.com.
